When you place an order with Cassie, you will recieve a price and order number to add to the online payment form. Please retain that information for future records.
If you are purchasing an item ready made from her collection, payment is expected in full prior to shipping. Custom orders will require a minimum 30% deposit. Custom items cannot be returned except in case of a defect. If other items are returned there will be a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Shipments are only sent to verified US addresses. Sales tax must be added when shipped to any Florida address.
